A preview of things to come. People like these folks make me giddy with excitement to take photos. Just so you know.

it's already here

Happy summer solstice! Summer has officially begun and thus the list of summer activities commences. Some necessary, some dorky, some monumental--all great.

r & j wedded bliss

Shot the lovely wedding of Ryan & Jules on Saturday--it was a lovely summer day filled with a lot of lovely people.

It was also a day that I realized that I am so blessed to have a job where I get to create, be around the temple and the atmosphere that it creates, do something that I'm genuinely passionate about, and that I get to be a part of a couple's special day. What a lucky girl I am.

Splitscreen: A Love Story

Splitscreen: A Love Story from James W Griffiths on Vimeo.

I've been posting this around the interwebs a bit after Ayley shared it on her blog, but I just can't get enough of this beautiful little short. There's something to be said when a simple, but special plot line is told entirely through stunning visuals.

Directed by James W Griffiths and shot entirely on a cell phone. Wowza.

An outtake of one of my previous subjects for my Aggie BluePrint street style section--Behold, I give you Caitlin. Again.

A few things about Caitlin: she is a phenomenal singer, she's living in Germany for the summer (SO NEAT), and I've always loved her style--warm, autumn-like color schemes, quirky details, and red lipstick. She's a real cutie. Check out her blog here.

A few bike portraits of David, Cami, and Mariella. Hotties. Amirightoramiright?

Awesome people, awesome band, awesome music. Listen here.

Blue Plate

Scenes from Blue Plate in SLC where a salmon club and a reuben were devoured. Cool place, great food, neat atmosphere. Two thumbs up!
