Street pt. 3

The final installment of my Sartorial-ing adventures at USU (for now). Thanks to Koofi, Lizzie, McKay, Rachel, and Skyler for all your help!

A special thanks to all those that were a part of the project--I had so much fun!

Remember that one time that I posted about how I went to my dear friend Mariella's farm and had a grand ol' time? And how I said I would post more photos? Never fear, two months later, IMMA POSTIN' THEMZ HEEYA NOW.

Well. This dear gal worked for Rockhill Creamery in Richmond milkin' cows and making cheese. It's a real neat place run by some neat folks. One of her goodbye gifts after she had finished her internship was a seven pound wheel of cheese, which I heartily harvested from quite often. So I can officially say, after ingesting at LEAST 3.5 pounds of Rockhill cheese, that it is good cheese. Just in case you were wondering.

I love these photos. They make me tear up a little bit thinking about her and how much I love her and how much I miss her. She's a real peach. Te quiero mi hija.

Gotye -- Making Mirrors

I love music. But who doesn't? I could be a big ol' butthead right about now, but I'll spare you and just go ahead and censor myself. ANYWAYS I LOVE MUSIC. So I'm posting about it here to share with you, my beloved minions.

You know Gotye, right? Of course you do. Everyone's heard "Somebody That I Used To Know," and for good reason because it is pretty fantastic, but have you heard the rest of the album? Well, HAVE YOU? I'm here to tell you right here, right now that it is absolutely fantastic. I rarely come across whole albums that I love in its entirety, but this is one of them. The diversity from one track to the next makes for an interesting blend of pleasant lullaby-like tracks like Bronte, to beautiful and moving anthems like Save Me, to dance-your-pants-off goodness like In Your Light. It's everything I want in an album.

Do yourself a favor and pick up a copy. Ulright? Mmk.

Cacti from the incredible Cactus & Tropicals in Draper. I'm serious about my label--Nature totes mcgotes ROX.

This is Joe. He plays guitar like a boss and likes to wear aprons. He is my real-life Ryan Gosling. I love him.

Had a good time at Citrus & Sage with good friends today drinking some heavenly black cherry & ginger soda and lavender chai. That's right, lavender chai.

So delicious.
