Well. This dear gal worked for Rockhill Creamery in Richmond milkin' cows and making cheese. It's a real neat place run by some neat folks. One of her goodbye gifts after she had finished her internship was a seven pound wheel of cheese, which I heartily harvested from quite often. So I can officially say, after ingesting at LEAST 3.5 pounds of Rockhill cheese, that it is good cheese. Just in case you were wondering.
